We build best-in-class residential theaters, and over the years we have had occasional challenges with rattle when using high-powered in-wall subwoofers.  After much search, I found my way to this product, and not only did it solve the problem with subwoofer rattles, we now use it as a standard part of all of our in-wall speaker installations.  For the application that we use, it is a home run!

If you're looking to seal up gaps around doors or windows, this is the stuff your looking for. All the other stuff you find in Home Depot is worthless. Use the 1/2" thick version for bigger gaps.

Service during the sale was fine.  (Note however that I interviewed half a dozen drywall companies and none of them were familiar with these soundproofing products. I, the homeowner, had to learn how to do the soundproofing installation and then supervise my installers.)  I think there is a large untapped market that just needs to be made aware that soundproofing is a real thing. And drywallers need to be educated.
