Crucial component of wall decoupling and SoundAway had them easily available. Our previous supplier lost more than half the units they shipped! SoundAway saved us from days if not weeks of project delay!

These channels are tough to find and I don't have a local supplier. Ordering process was easy and the product arrived quickly. Some were dented in shipping but I blame that on the carrier. Fits well into the whisper clips I purchased.
