SoundAway Barrier Plus MLV 2#:
1/4" x 4 x 25'

Barrier Plus MLV 2#, 1/4" x 4' x 25', offers the highest density, 2 pound per square foot, and up to 33 STC in a dense, flexible, mass loaded vinyl soundproofing material designed to block and reflect sound. Highly effective in blocking voices and reducing noise between floors.

Install a single layer of SoundAway Barrier Plus directly over your subfloor, tape the seams, and caulk around the perimeter to create an air-tight seal. Leave no more than a 1/4" gap around the perimeter then fill the gap with Acoustical Caulk Sealant. Apply Seam Tape to close the gaps between sheets of your noise barrier.

Alejandro/Alex was in charged of everything. Within the same day of reaching out I had the product ordered with a recommendation by him. The product was delivered within the time they provided. This service beat all the other companies I reached out to in customer services and price. Thank you!!Downside may be that the 2LB vinyl is extremely heavy for a fence installation so maybe the 1 LB is of easier install. However is a give or take because 2LB will be a better sound proof than 1LB. Thanks again!

Prompt service and excellent service
I just wanted to thank you for your prompt service and excellent product. The SoundAway Barrier Plus rolls arrived the very next day in Grants Pass which was three days earlier than we expected. This product cuts out 90% or more of the ambient noise from the floor above. It was easy to cut and install. Thank you so much for your expertise and efficiency.
