Green Glue
Honestly, the glue felt a bit pricey. But since I had already gone the 9 yards with RSIC, hat channel, 2x5/8" drywall, insulation, and wall and floor decoupling, I did the green glue for the full effect. It's unclear whether this one product made a significant difference. But my room is decoupled and doing its job as an isolated studio.

MLV and GG
I purchased some mass loaded vinyl and some Green Glue and GG Sealant. Worked like a charm to reduce the sound coming through the wall.
