Dear Valued Customers:
At SoundAway, it is our goal to earn your trust by offering a broad selection of acoustic products, competitively priced, to soundproof your home or office. With this in mind, we focus on communicating clearly, concisely, in a timely manner any changes that affect your shopping experience. This notification is to inform you of the impact of tariffs imposed on Canadian-made goods that include some of the Guilford of Maine fabrics, made by Duvaltex.
A tariff is similar to a tax. It adds a surcharge to the price of a product. The increase is in effect as of August 22, 2026, and it will be updated if there is a change in government policy.
Consequently, prices for the following acoustic fabrics reflect this surcharge: Anchorage, BeeHave, Broadcast, Chase, FR701, Framework, Intuition, Marin, Open House, Palette, Purpose, Quadrille, Resolve, Tidal, and Tweed.
We appreciate your understanding.
Guilford of Maine 66" Wide Fabrics
While acoustic panels may fix the majority of your acoustic problems, they don’t always look very attractive. However, attempting to cover your panels with regular fabric will prevent them from functioning properly. Here at SoundAway, we’re proud to offer a selection of tweed acoustic fabric that is acoustically transparent. This allows sound waves to pass through to the panel that then absorbs the sound.
This collection from Guilford of Maine includes all 66" wide acoustic fabrics.
