Kinetics IsoMax isolation clips are a great option for soundproofing at an affordable cost. You can attach these isolation clips to wall studs, ceiling joists or masonry and secure them easily in place with drywall furring channels. Designed to protect against inadvertently screwing through the resilient leg of a furring channel and into a joist or stud, Kinetics IsoMax isolation clips have a weight capacity of 36 lbs. per clip and a low profile design to maximize available space.
These isolation clips have a performance range of STC 57 to STC 64 in lab tests, are UL fire-rated for wall and ceiling assemblies, and eliminate hard attachment problems so common with resilient channels.
