IS24 Insulation Support Rods are made from carbon steel wire, 13 gauge, designed for 24" On Center (O.C.) spacing.  Safely secures batt-type insulation between joists.  IS24 Insulation Support Rods are cut with chisel-shaped ends that dig into joists for a tight fit.

The right tool for the job saves time, reduces strain, and improves quality.  Simply push into place.  Add the IS24 Insulation Support Rods  to your UltraTouch or other insulation installation to safely and securely support the batts in place.

Overall length is 1/2" less than O.C. spacing between joists.  Also available for 16" O.C. spacing, IS16 insulation rods.
